Specific vgift ideas
- A teal-colored deer (teal deer = tl;dr = too long; didn't read).
- National flags!
- LGBT symbols: rainbow thingy, bisexual thingy, bear thingy, leather thingy, and so on.
- I <3 DW gift, perhaps which allows people to contribute as much as they like to the site in return for a lovely PNG.

- LJ has a notification for "friend gets virtual gift". This must respect bans.
- Rate limiting: once upon a time, someone (I think Connie) got someone (I think Kevin) approximately 1,000 free-to-volunteers snowflake cookie vgifts. They were all delivered on the same date.
