"Interests" is a somewhat ambiguous name for a thing that's intended to be clear. Intended use: topics that this user may write about, which they want to be visible and discoverable.

But what word or short phrase is better?

This is inherited from LiveJournal; Brad's initial phrasing, words that could end the sentence "I like ___" had gnarly implications down the line and was the proximate cause of notable LJ disaster Strikethrough (ptooie).
