Semantic HTML

I presume this means only "use and where applicable" and not "always use and ; never use and ". Since not all text that is conventionally (italicised|bold-faced) is is (emphasised|strongly emphasised) (example: book titles and biological binomial names are often italicised, but not because they are emphasised), and using *only* and would be *against* the idea of semantic HTML IMO. -- Pne 10:39, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
