New Feed Source

If a feed source has changed it is best to edit it rather than creating a new feed account with the new source.

Submit a support request in the 'Feeds' category with 'new source for feed-account-name' as a summary (or anything else you prefer) and then fill in the 'Question or problem':

• mention the feed account name.
• mention the new source URL.

If you can't change the feed source because you don't have the necessary privs, you can help by mentioning the new URL if the original poster hasn't done so, or provide any other helpful information.

If you have the syn_edit priv go to the Admin Console and enter the following:

syn_editurl feed-account-name http://new-url
