Use this template to make quick notes that need to be at the start of the article, with the "text" parameter containing the message. If the article needs updating instead, use Template:Update; if the article needs cleanup, use Template:Cleanup; and if the article needs expansion, use Template:Expand. If the information might have adverse effects if not followed, use Template:Warn. Example use:
